    The staff were so friendly and polite. It was a busy night due to Christmas celebrations, even though they were working so hard they handled the pressure extremely well. The only thing l would suggest is an easier way to order food.

    Pleasant place to eat but very noisy upstairs, downstairs a lot quieter. Some menu items weren’t available. I can highly recommend the prawn pasta.

    Great place in Frankston to hang out, grab a drink or a meal and chill in one of their rooms. Great atmosphere though waitering staff was slightly confused with delivering the orders to each table.

    Hotel Lona is the perfect place for dinner. Food was delicious and so many options for dietary needs. If you haven’t been yet you should!!

    Unfortunately we were there for an hour and a half and our food didn’t come. I enquired 4 times, each time the waiter said “it’s on its way”. Finally they said “it’s coming soon, you’re 3rd in the queue”. Everyone around us that came after us had their food, and we were told 1.5 hours in that we had to wait for 2 other tables to be served before us. We walked out at that point and went to Betty’s Burgers. Kinda ruined our night. Please don’t trust them for a celebration or special occasion.

    Had lunch on roof top. GORGEOUS. Minimal staff, but those on were attentive and lovely. Our Beef cheeks were amazing! Certainly did not need dinner. A very generous serve and reasonable price. Thanks for a lovely day ☺️ 💗

    You walk into this place & feel welcomed Lovely staff Then you get really delicious Eggplant Parmigiana presented well wth salad & sweet potato fries. My friend enjoyed her Caesar salad with chicken also . Menu selection goes from daily specials to tapas type servings to full on Pub food. People around us were commenting on how nice their meal was. Definately one of Frankstons stars

    Had dinner in the downstairs restaurant. Food was great, staff were friendly, proactive & helpful. Would recommend.

    Good produce & all that natural light is nice during overcast days when catching up either mates. Being allowed to linger leisurely was appreciated.
