My partner and I made a reservation for their birthday. Upon being seated and receiving menus, we placed a drinks order. Subsequently, we were unjustly denied alcohol service based on the staff's unsubstantiated assumption of prior alcohol consumption. While we had shared a bottle of wine earlier, we were certainly not intoxicated. This unwarranted accusation was deeply embarrassing, and other patrons, witnessing our distress, urged us to file a formal complaint, citing the shocking nature of our treatment. I have never encountered such unprofessional and humiliating service.

First time visiting and was very disappointed! Ordered cocktails and my cocktail was Rock the Casbah which was only just less than half full in the glass, spoke to the waitress who said that’s how it’s served, it tasted horrible and nothing like Turkish delight as it’s advertised! £11 for a couple of sips!

We only had drinks so can’t comment on the food.5!4 cocktails were delicious and excellent service. The downside was the temperature in the cocktail lounge. It was quite cold.

Fantastic stay at House of Gods and were expertly looked after in the Cocktail Lounge by Val - very friendly, knows her cocktails and everything she made for us was lovely. Excellent service too, and nothing was too much bother. Had a really nice time in the Lounge and would recommend it. Thanks Val!

Should be more clear on booking , thought wee booked rooftop so didn’t get experience we where looking for , too many chairs dotted around the floor , like an airport lounge , be nicer if less and decor on seats where offset with a neutral colour from the busy material on sofas , toned down on chairs design , but all gorge just the same , ladies toilets fab !

We had a lovely time. Drinks were reasonably priced and all very nice. We did not eat . Staff were very helpful and friendly x

Really poor customer service for somewhere that’s apparently classy and luxurious. The food was average and it looks better in the pictures. I won’t be going back or recommending it to anyone. I did complain (twice) but that was a waste of time.
