                                    this was at least my 7th time. dakota waiter was excellent, as was all the staff. food amazing blackened tuna surpassed our expectation. ribeye ( and i have had many in many fine top shelf places) this was a respectable size , perfect medium rare. i would rate it a 9 out of ten the potatoes, like steak cut w onions were delicious! not what i expected. but really really good i think the ambiance peripherally, is very nice. lighting is much to bright and not very romantic. and air temp very cold ( for me), i had to put a scarf in and i was already wearing a sweater and under armor shirt . all stated, i love this place and will be back- no doubt! need more reasonably priced bottles of wine wine is getting out of hand in cost, at any restaurant. the anisette is ridiculous and don’t leave without having it !

                                    Hudson Valley Steak house did not disappoint. We had a porter house for 2 with great sides, plenty of food for 2 people and it all tasted great. The service was amazing, it was pricy but you do get what you pay for, I would definitely recommend!

                                    They need to do something about the noise level. We were a table of four and couldn’t even hear each other speak. The food was OK, nothing exceptional.

                                    Bad experience. Our server was experienced but spread so thin he barely visited our table. He also spilled wine all of our table and didn’t make any attempt to clean up or offer any replacement for the spillage. Food ranged from good (filet, wedge salad) to kinda bad (calamari). At least on the Saturday night we were there it was chaotic, loud, and crowded (my wife was repeatedly bumped into by servers and carts while seated at our table). For the price, you can do much better than this.
