Iavarone's Steakhouse and Italian Grill in Tampa, Florida is a family restaurant with a diverse menu. A traditional steak house with a unique Italian flare. All of the beef here is from grain-fed cows in the Midwest. It's carefully aged USDA Choice and is kept in-house at least four to six days before being served. Since 1948, Iavarone's Steakhouse and Italian Grill has offered guests an extensive selection of steaks like the NY strip, 12-oz. rib eye bone-in, 12-oz. T-bone and the filet mignon.

                                                                        First time actually sitting down for dinner here, we’ve been to a cocktail party upstairs in the past. The service was kinda poor IMO. Was never offered water at all the whole time. There were two servers covering our table, not once did either of them check on us or ask how our food was which took forever by the way. They basically brought the plates of what we ordered and walked away. The food itself was less than mediocre to say the least. FO soup had no flavor and barely any cheese which should be the highlight. Salad was just fine. I had the short rib ragu which was one of their specials for the evening. The meat looked like it had been sitting out for hours and could have used some seasoning. The pasta was absolutely terrible. No flavor whatsoever, sauce was so thin you could barely tell it was there. A microwave meal from the frozen food section would have been better. Wife had the grouper dinner and that was nothing to write home about either. No flavor yet again and Presentation was abysmal. Since we pretty much had no service we did not get dessert or after dinner drinks. Complete waste of money and kinda ruined our evening. We will 100% not be coming back.

                                                                        As LONG time customers its just not what it use to be. The salmon was dry. The veal parm was cold and not delicious and moist as it used to be. The waitress was aware. There was absolutely no substitutions and that was confusing as most all restaurants do that. It lacked an upbeat customer satisfaction attitude. Sadly that happens when places get very popular. It was lunch time and it wasn’t crowded yet it was so disappointing.

                                                                        My girlfriends and I went there for dinner last night. We sat in a booth and it was great! Quiet and cozy. The food was delicious and our server Colton was a doll! The grouper piccata was luscious and the salad with salmon was also amazing! Our drinks were yummy! We will definitely be back!

                                                                        The food and service were both great—lamb and steak were cooked perfectly, and the staff was super attentive. But honestly, waiting 20 minutes to be seated with a reservation was frustrating. I get that places get busy, but that’s kind of the whole point of making a reservation. It just put a damper on the experience.
