The quality of flavour and texture of jamón Ibérico varies by grade and is a direct result of the lifestyle, diet and breeding of the pig. Our jamón Ibérico is made from 100% pure-breed, black Iberian pig. These pigs mature slowly; freely-roaming the Spanish countryside, grazing in fields and acorn woods. Depending on the producer and the desired intensity of flavour, the meat is hung for as long as four years, before this excellent product is ready to eat

Super lekker gegeten, hele goede sfeer en het restaurant ziet er erg leuk uit! Zeker heen gaan als je de tijd hebt!!!

Exceptional authentic fine dining. The trio of Iberico jamoón I had were sweet, dense and creamy, respectively. The boquerones were delicious, with a mild chopped tomato sauce to balance the saltiness. The addition of jar tasting chilli's didn't add much, and I would have liked to have seen gamba pil pil on the menu. But everything else was faultless. Even the robust red wine I favour, paired very well with the denser of the three hams on the platter. The diners at the table next to me split a very authentic looking, and judging by their reactions, incredibly satisfying paella. I would happily eat here again, and can recommend this place to anyone who likes a sophisticated taste of Spanish cuisine.

The food well exceeded our expectations, including perfectly cooked octopus and the best pork we have ever tasted and the staff were lovely.

The best way to describe our experience was nice. The venue is nice although not very authentic, the food was nice but nothing special and the seafood paella was disappointing. The service was good but overall I don't think we got value for money.

As a first time visit we were blown away with the food. Absolutely delicious. The iberico pork was so tasty, and cooked to perfection. We'll definitely come back!
