   Buzzy restaurant that's clearly in nice location - seems a bit overwhelmed at times (waits for tables, missing items), but a friendly staff. Food is alright but for an Italian place, the pasta fails to deliver. Good wine list for the price point and a happening bar scene.

   Our experience was not good. The noise level was way too high for me and my friend. We could barely hear each other. Also, we were not expecting so many little children to be running around in such an upscale restaurant. The food was excellent and the service was good. However, we won’t be coming back. Sarah

   Always good. One of the most consistently good dining experiences in Dallas. Great menu choices. Good staff and obviously good management. Prices are reasonable. Highly rcommended.

   This was our second visit to this popular local restaurant. Our first time was disappointing due to lackadaisical service from a novice server, so we were willing to give the place a second chance. I would describe the place is a lively bar, with a restaurant laid out around it. The menu is more eclectic than Italian, but the pasta dishes were really tasty. Our server was pleasant and the food came out promptly. Everyone enjoyed the meal - all classics done well. Nothing new or exciting, but not overpriced either. My only complaint is that both times we were on time for our reservations, but were still made to wait 20 minutes until our tables were ready. If a restaurant is entitled to cancel you if you are 15 minutes late, why don't they adhere to that in how long they make their guests wait?

   We always enjoy the food at Il Bracco--the spicy gemelli and broccolini are our favorites, and we also enjoyed the sea bass and eggplant parm last night.

   This is the second time we’ve had reservations and we had to wait 30 minutes for a table. I’m 9 months pregnant, there is no where to sit and wait and the hostesses were rude and unhelpful. The manager was nice and got us a couple appetizers comped. But even our waitress was pretty unattentive. For a pricey and nice restaurant (we were told this was the most booked restaurant in Dallas) the service should be better and if you have reservations should be able to sit down at your allotted time.
