   My service score is for the hostess. She would not seat me until my friend was also there. That was not true for a party of 3 before me, they were seated without their entire party. My feedback is two fold, be consistent, treat all parties the same, Second, if for some reason my friend suddenly could not come, I was going to sit to eat whether my she arrived or not. Would you not seat me as a party of 1?

   We had lunch at Il Bracco on Easter Sunday. We split The Plaza salad and the Pasta al limone. Also, I had a Bracco cocktail which is my favorite! Everything was delicious and the service was friendly and efficient. The vibe was upbeat and festive with a warm neighborhood feel. We love Il Bracco. It's a University Park treasure.

   Zach who was our server was MAGNIFICENT! Undoubtedly some of the best service and hospitality we have received anywhere in a long time. Food was terrific as usual but trust me, it is all about the service and hospitality and Zach was a true professional. Please recognize him at your next pre-shift. :)

   The food was quite delightful and waitstaff was incredibly friendly and very attentive. The sandwich was a hit amongst gentlemen. A little disappointed there wasn't anything to note the special occasion of a birthday being celebrated. A little special touch would have been nice addition to the experience. Why ask and announce it at check-in if it did not matter to the overall experience.

   Excellent food and service. But arrived at 7 for 7 reservation and was seated at 7:25. Restaurant with this quality of food and service should also be able to manage their reservations better as 25 minute wait WITH a reservation is not acceptable

   Fantastic!!!!!! The Caico PePe was just amazing as was the kale salad.

    Always the best experience at Il Bracco!! The only complaint I had this time was that they were out of artichokes for their famous fried artichokes appetizer, and the replacement of the tempura vegetables they had for it was not great. 😬 They called it Miso something. The tempura fennel in it was awful. But, the rest of our meal, plus the service, was wonderful, so I am still giving it 5 stars. My only advice is to get those artichokes delivered asap!!
