    The place was beautiful on the outside and inside. The food was very good and our server, Karen, was great. I tried the pistachio calzone, Cristina Pizza, and the Italian sampler and everything was tasty. The only negative is the sampler should have been less pricey.

    Ambiance and service were decent. The food just lacked flavors and especially for the price they charge is just not good. $45 for 2 shrimps and 2 scallops, pasta dishes so flavorless that they had to be returned. The calamari is the best dish of the day. We like this place but having problems justifying coming back.

    Being a frequent loyal client for over 20+ years - we always come back. Our reservations on 11/23/24 was a very bad experience overall - and no excuse for it. Our reservations - 4people on 12/31/24 - was good overall. il Fornaio our favorite Restaurant. Please keep up "Good overall". Gerhard Thom.

    Service was excellent. Restaurant was beautifully decorated for the holidays. Branzino was very good, salads were good. Bread was excellent Pizza was disappointing. It was cold. They cooked the crust and then added the prosciutto and arugula afterwards. By the time we got it, crust was cold. It really should have been cooked with the prosciutto on it and the arugula added at the end and served hot. Also, the crust was undercooked. Won't be ordering pizza again.
