   Took a party of eight they gotta send you a little area that was very quiet. We were able to hear each other and the food and service was fantastic.

   Family birthday celebration dinner, really enjoyed our experience. Cocktails, our meals, service were all on point. Definitely will be back. Great buzz in the dining room - will be back without the kids to dine at the bar in the future for sure.

   Wonderful experience. Excellent service and recommendations. Gnocchi w/ lobster, and Zucchini Flowers were sooo good. Drinks, Meal, and Dessert were outstanding. Definitely will come back here.

   Stumbled upon this place and my partner and I have been back twice in the last couple of weeks. Great food and service, this place will definitely be apart of our regular rotation!

   I'm honestly baffled by the amount of positive reviews this restaurant has received, though my experience may have been negatively impacted by visiting during Chicago Restaurant Week at peak dining time. While the ambience is quite nice, and the service decent (despite us needing to request side plates for our salad, and our drink glasses remaining empty on the small dining table for at least 20 minutes), I can tell you the food is an absolute negatory. It is presented in an aesthetically pleasing way, but not well-seasoned or prepared and certainly not fresh. My guest and I had reservations for 5:15 pm yesterday (2/5/25) to celebrate a birthday and we ordered from the pre-fixe menu the following: an espresso martini (1 vodka, 1 tequila, both were just okay), arancini (bland, very little filling), caesar salad (sent back to be remade without excessive amounts of radicchio, which overpowered the salad with bitterness. New salad sans radicchio was better, but still quite bland), lasagna (store bought noodles, canned sauce, little flavor), pollo parmigiana with truffle fries (extremely bland chicken, horrifying watery, flavor-less red sauce - definitely from a can - and fries that tasted like they were frozen and then fried, also lacking seasoning), and tiramisu for dessert, which was not at all fresh and very tasteless - hardly any coffee flavor, mushy vs spongey lady fingers, and virtually absent marscapone. No part of the three courses we had was enjoyable, and we left a good portion of it uneaten. We only asked for the entrees to be boxed so as not to be too wasteful. It was a waste of $150 and I regret the experience. As someone who regularly enjoys Italian food, I would certainly never return to this restaurant due to the food not being fresh or enjoyable.
