Since I was 13 years old, I've been in the restaurant industry. I started in my grandfather’s restaurant & worked my way up to running one of the most successful restaurants in NYC - Patsy’s Italian Restaurant. My grandfather worked his way up in the restaurant industry in the 1930's and '40s and in 1942 opened his first Italian restaurant, The Sorrento. When it came time to name our new restaurant, we decided on IL Sorrento in honor of my grandfather. I know my grandparents & my mom are smiling down on us with approval. I've lived in Westchester since 1984 & have always dreamed about opening an Italian restaurant here .. now the dream is a reality. My family & I believe that having a successful restaurant is a simple formula - give people what they want: Good Food, Good Service and Good Value. At IL Sorrento, we are embracing old world charm of Southern Italy & bringing it to Westchester County. Our hope is that you will enjoy being at IL Sorrento as much as we will enjoy serving you

Consistently incredible food and service. The best linguine with clam sauce that I've had in many years and the baked clams are the best I've ever had. Mussels Posillipo have the best sauce. Tiramisu and creme brulee are great. I've eaten here 4 times in the 5 weeks since they've been open. I can't get enough of this restaurant. It's also beautiful inside and very lively. It gets crowded - make a reservation!

Food and Service to another level that we use to see around, Prices super affordable, Big parking lot, Great atmosphere such a nice music selection, Can’t wait to be back

Don't let the unassuming exterior fool you—this place delivers an unparalleled fine dining experience! From the moment you step in, the service is impeccable. The host at check-in and coat check sets the tone with their warm welcome, and the waitstaff goes above and beyond, being both attentive and incredibly sweet. The food? Absolutely amazing. Every dish is crafted to perfection, and the quality is exceptional, especially when you consider the unbeatable prices. It's rare to find this level of culinary excellence at such a reasonable cost. Overall, 10/10—an unforgettable dining experience. I can't wait to visit again! Highly recommend for anyone looking for amazing food, outstanding service, and fantastic value.

This was our first time dining at this new restaurant. The food was fantastic and the attention paid by all staff was incredible. We will definitely recommend this place to friends and will be back

I enjoyed my meal , a bit overpriced for shrimp, a bit of lobster over risotto. It very tasty But not great. and my daughter had lobster ravioli which was delicious. I did not like where they seated us . It was right next to the waiters station for ordering so there were always waiters almost on top of us. They said we couldn’t have a table for 4 , as we were only 2 . I understood this since it was a holiday , however the middle section of tables for 4 was completely completely empty the whole time and up until we left. I may go back. I’m not sure.

Our Christmas dinner was so delicious. We enjoyed the appetizers and dinners. One of us had the octopus and said it was the best she ever ate.

What an experience? From the door to details,great restaurant, I had shrimp cocktail they were melting in mouth jumbo shrimps for great price, Spaghetti and Meatballs was to die for, my husband had Chicken Parm top quality, can’t wait to be back, excellent service
