   We had a reservation here on Saturday, May 17, 2025 and we were greeted by a very nice man at the counter, and we were early for our reservation, and waited about 15 minutes to be seated. Our table was in the middle of the restaurant, and we did not get a booth even though there were plenty available. Our waitress was nice, but was very rushed. I asked her if she had a lot of tables and she said she had five at the moment. She took our drink order, and got our drinks. She took our dinner order, and that was the last we saw of her, another waiter gave us our food which was very good, I ordered the OMG BLT, and my husband ordered the chicken wings. We did not have any utensils or napkins on the table. So we had to wait to ask another waiter for them. It was extremely crowded and loud, and we felt hurried to leave so they could use our table for the next customers. At the end the waitress took our credit card only to give us back someone else's card. Luckily it was the lady next to our table that I actually was talking to while we were waiting to be seated. After we told the waitress that this were not our credit cards she came back and apologized profusely and gave us back our respective cards. Overall not the greatest dining experience. I think if you are looking for a loud, bar scene and don't mind waiting to be seated, or for your food and are not sure if you are going to get your credit card back, this is the place for you. It just seemed that they didn't have enough staff either. Not the best experience.

   Good meal, but the staff seemed overwhelmed. Drinks took a long time and we did not get silverware until after our meal arrived.

   We went to Iron Hill in Wilmington for date night. We sat on the second floor, nice view of the river but that was the best part of our evening here. Our server Nick took way too long with everything. From coming to take our drink order, waiting 20 mins for drinks (1 beer, 1 ice tea) when it wasn't even that busy is ridiculous, appetizer- cheesesteak eggs rolls were room temp, and our dinners were the same. We planned on staying awhile but our server didn't come over once to see if we wanted more drinks, how the food was, or when he brought our check, no thanks you for coming etc. Very disappointed Iron Hill.

   Ordered a beer and a cocktail. They came after our appetizers and our food came - about 45 minutes after ordered. Then a waitress accidentally dropped a tray of someone else’s food on ground next to us and got all over my wife’s pant leg and purse. No apology and nothing was done for us. We’ve had some good experiences at IHB but this was a very poor experience.

   Reservations was a simple process. We were seated immediately upon arrival and the waitress was at the table within a few minutes. We never had to seek her out and she was extremely attentive and super friendly. Food was great as well.

   Great place for a lunch on a pretty Mother’s Day. Taylor was a great waitress even though she was very busy.
