From Wednesday through Monday we offer our unrivalled Kaiseki menu for $315pp. Our Spring menu has been crafted a menu that pushes culinary boundaries while staying true to the core Japanese philosophy of harmony and seasonality. All reservations require a $100pp deposit. Failure to do so, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the menu price ($315) as cancellation fees. --- Please note that Ishizuka closes at 11pm.

Ishizuka is looking to collaborate with Onirigi Chef - Taro Kiso in April 2025. Master Taro Kiso is renowned as the chef who makes the most delicious onigiri in the world - he shapes each rice ball by hand using only his bare fingers, starting with piping hot short-grain rice that he cooks in a specialized pot using traditional techniques. For two nights only from Saturday 26th-Sunday 27th April, Ishizuka shall offer diners the opportunity to savour Chef Taro’s celebrated Onigiri, served alongside an exquisite selection of 8 dishes from Ishizuka’s Autumn Menu by Executive Chef Katsuji Yoshino.
