Food was delicious - loved my crispy chicken cutlet! Only issue was missing a way to keep our wine bottle cold at table.

Went with high expectations. Food was ok. We sat in garden room and the door was kept open(on a freezing night) often. Service was eh. Not the best first experience.

The food was really good! We were seated in the outdoor garden center that was heated and it was very cute. Will definitely return.

The back space is not conducive to good service . No consistency and long waits. Not everyone getting bread on their table while staff stand around. Food was ok but you could tell is was left under a hot lamp for a while and dried out. Unfortunate

I always have been to garden city Food great server Will was amazing very detailed But I like the garden city location better I didn’t like the tent too much

The food… fabulous. The waiter…. Just meh. Was ok at first, but once orders were placed, did not check on our table once. We had empty drinks, and the waiter walked right by. The bus boy was on point with the water, as well as the to go box. Ended up going to the bar after the check was paid to have another drink.

Not the greatest experience last night. I had an 845 reservation and was running around 10 minutes late. Called ahead and notified the restaurant and was OK’d. About 10 minutes later (still before my reservation time), was asked “what’s up” with my reservation because they wanted to close the kitchen already. Not sure how they usually handle things, but I’ve worked in a restaurant before and I would never tell customers that “we’re not going to stay open just for one table”. We told them to go ahead and close the kitchen because we did not want to be rushed (it was my friends birthday). I’ve eaten at ITA once before but don’t plan to go back.

Dinner was delicious! Reccomend the mozzarella as a starter and a getting the spicy penne vodka as an appetizer for the table. Drinks were delicious and noise level was perfect. Great spot.
