We specifically made a reservation for the garden room. We were not told that at any point that could change and that we would be placed inside. We arrived on time for our reservation. When we got there, we were told the garden room was being used for a private party so they seated us inside. I said why didn’t you call us and she said oh I called but no one answered. So do you think they should have left a message? They did not. Then they proceeded to say we have this table for you. There were seven of us. It was one long rectangle table at the very front of the restaurant by the door under blasting music. I said can you please put us at one of those tables in the back, which by the way were all empty. She said no this is your table. So, we left. And had a wonderful dinner at Butera’s. I have another reservation for this coming Saturday at ITA, which I am now canceling. Terrible way to do business.

Absolutely everything we ordered was perfect. And it was hard to make a decision so we’ll have to to come back. There were so many options that I loved. My friend and I ordered dirty martinis, mine had blue cheese, stuffed olives, and hers did not because she doesn’t like that. They were perfect. Then we both ordered a Manhattan with Rye, which was also lovely, although the restaurant should probably invest in some better cherries… You should have Amarena cherries on hand with craft cocktails. For appetizers, we got the risotto balls, the meatballs, and the artichokes oreganata… Everything was fantastic and we took some home. For dinner I ordered the Andrew’s chicken, my husband ordered the spicy chicken with the cherry peppers, and our friends ordered the shrimp over spinach. We were way too full for dessert but next time I’m getting the espresso martini flight for dessert! Our waiter was not around enough, but he was super busy from what I could tell— the place was jammin.’ However, there is plenty of other busing staff and food runners that were always on hand to help with anything we needed. We will definitely be back.

Food was good but blaring high energy workout music made for terrible ambiance and difficult for conversations.

First time there waiter acknowledged that and offered suggestions. Food was very good and not your typical Italian food. Extensive drink menu

Everything from appetizers to desserts was delicious! The waitress was friendly and helpful! I highly recommend the Ricotta Gnocchi with creamy truffle sauce!

Alex was a good waiter and the overall experience was good. Portions were good but im not sure the dollar value was worth it. I would return though.
