Michelle was our server and she was super! Michelle was attentive and insured all was cared for! My wife had the filet and it was cooked to perfection along with her baked potato. I had the ribeye and it also was cooked to perfection. I do not believe you can find better steaks in the Omaha area. Overall an excellent evening out!

Although our waitress was very, very nice, she was rather slow. We arrived at 11:05am and there was 3 of us. There was only 1 other table seated. 2 in my party ordered the chili and it was not hot, warm at best. They were going to send it back, but we did not see our waitress until she brought out our appetizer of onion rings, which were hot & delicious. Our party ordered the salmon salad, the prime rib lunch, and the prime rib sandwich. My salad was very good, however, both prime rib dishes were not hot. Again, just warm at best. More tables had since came in and we couldn’t get her attention to warm them. We did tell her once she came to fill our waters. Same with checking out. I had to alert her twice that we were ready for our bill.

Delicious as usual with great service. The restaurant was very busy but our server made sure we had everything we needed.

We were from out of town and I knew that I wanted to get prime rib in Omaha. We are really happy that we found Jerico’s. The service was great, the price was right and the prime rib was the best I have ever had in my life! Great people and great value!

Lobster tail was stringy and the prime rib was the worst I’ve ever had. There was no crust on the prime rib and it came out cold. When I asked to have it warmed up it took a quick ride in the microwave I assume because the color was even more dull gray and the juice was puddled on the bottom of the plate. The server was obviously a little annoyed about the request which is too bad because it’s not really her fault. There was a Cobweb from the wall to the light on the table above us. I had really high hopes and have heard good things about this place. The atmosphere was great just wish the food was too.

Don’t bother! I’ve had better food in Suriname. The place looks very old without much maintenance. This does not equal ambience. Went for an Anniversary Dinner on a Saturday night. It was not crowded. First sign. Ordered bacon wrapped shrimp and they were so dry it was unbelievable. The salad came out with a gallon of dressing on nothing but iceberg lettuce. Within minutes of receiving salad our dinner arrived. The steak had zero flavor. Had to add salt and pepper to just have flavor. The potatoe was cold and hard. We tried for several minutes to get the waitress back over. Once she did, she did offer new potatoes. It took 15 minutes to just get the potato back. You can guess how the rest of the food tasted by then. Horrible! I’ll stick with my beloved Drover or Brother’s Sebastian.

Food and service were exceptional. Our waitress, Katie was amazing. They were crazy busy on NYE, but we never felt like she was too busy for us. Their banana cream pie is the best around!

Reservations for 5 and unfortunately sat in a drop ceiling back room with another large group. Seemed like we were eating at a funeral in a church basement. So atmosphere 0, but the food and service was outstanding. We will be back but hopefully in the main part of the restaurant.
