   Good service and food, though my founder was pretty fishy tasting. Other than that , they were great and very attentive and quick

   Had a party of 8 dining in, made a reservation online ahead of time via OpenTable. Upon arrival the hostess right away had to check to make sure a table was available for our party even though there wasn't a single other customer in the restaurant and out reservation had been made hours ahead of time. Nonetheless it is the off-season so who really cares, right? Wrong. After being sat our hostess let us know that she was the only person on the floor that night, meaning she was the only hostess, waitress, bartender, food runner and busser. Again, it's the off season so I understand why they don't have a complete staff on and she was absolutely amazing the whole time we were there. However our food was mediocre at best. Going to Joe's Crab Shack while you're at the beach is a total staple for anyone no matter what time of the year it is. There were multiple mess ups in our dinner orders and the food we got wasn't anything to write home to. At one point the waitress told us that "the cook is dying back there" when again, we were the only people there. It was a shame and I don't know if I will go back or recommend other people to visit. If a $200+ dinner on the off season tastes like that, I can't imagine how it would be in the middle of summer.

   The food was good, except the cocktail sauce and tarter sauce were not very flavorful. The service was great.

   Our family of 5 enjoyed their meals here. I loved the crab boil, but didn’t care for the seasoning that was recommended, which was the special mix. I should’ve gotten it without the seasoning. Otherwise, the food was a solid 4/5. Our server, Aaron, was very attentive and did a great job. I had a crab boil later in the week at a restaurant on the beach. Joe’s was much better!

   Aaron was very attentive to our needs. He continually came to our table to make sure we were satisfied with our food and met our every request.

   our waiter was chris and he was amazing! never had to ask for drink refills, our drinks would still be halfway and he immediately brought more, he helped with ordering and was just phenomenal overall, not many people in the restaurant and we walked in around 4:30, the environment was just awesome.

   Relaxed & fun atmosphere. The waitstaff were wonderful. I was there for the Thanksgiving dinner & considering that’s not their regular offering the food was pretty darn good
