Decked out with eight-foot nutcrackers, giant ornaments, twinkling lights, and an array of Christmas trees, the festive atmosphere will be complemented by fun activities like Ornament Painting, Holly Jolly Mixology, and Gingerbread House Workshops. We had gone for the holiday ornament painting to be told it had to be booked online and took place outside. Service was so-so. Upon getting the check we were told all tables automatically have a gratuity added. Overall a disappointing evening.

Surprisingly delicious food. Smash burger was so good and the milk shakes are incredible. Come hungry.

I went for my birthday the day before Thanksgiving and This Lovely Place Showed This Birthday Girl an Unforgettable Moment. A must come... Try the onion ring tower and the Rudolph Flight... its Darn Good Too!

It was an okay experience. Front attendant wasn’t there when I came in, took 5 minutes to address me. Once I was seated I watched the two servers debate over who has our table. Service was slow, and server did the bare minimum. The server asked me if I’ve been there before, which I indicated yes. I didn’t like that he went out the way to remind/inform me about the 20% automatic deduction. He paused after saying it as though that made a difference (yes I am black and so was he) like I couldn’t afford it. I wanted an eggnog shot but they were out, the server didn’t make any other recommendations. Server only came around to take order and checked up one time after the food arrived and I ate half. Between the prices and the service (typical at establiments that automatically take 18-20% gratuities) this was my 5th and last time trying this place. I have tried it since the first week opened throughout different seasons and it’s just not worth it overall if you are not a content creator. I don’t mind tipping my servers but there is a clear attitude at establishments that automatically take them out, the staff doesn’t feel the need to make the experience nice or unique. Honestly, the food was okay. The best thing I bought was the $5 over priced seasonal cookies.

Highly recommend JoJo's Shake Bar, especially for their Winter Wonderland! I can't think of one negative thing about our experience. The ambiance, the food, the service... everything was A+++! Didn't experience the shakes, but they looked amazing. Really fun place!

I love the placa, location and the experience, once you are in the painting process the server maybe forget a little bit about you. Keep in mind they don’t validate the parking ticket like other restaurants.
