We had such a lovely time dining here as a couple. The staff are outstanding and so polite and helpful. The bar staff are extremely knowledgeable and came to give an explanation about the alcohol choices. The food was really lovely and faultless. The feel inside the restaurant is very relaxed, we also went on a quieter evening. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and would definitely visit again. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

It seems the kitchen might have missed the mark on both flavor balance and cooking precision, which are key in steak preparation. Service Special Occasion Recognition: Given that it was our anniversary, it would have been wonderful to see an acknowledgment—perhaps a congratulatory note or a design on the dessert you ordered. Excellent meal with attentive service. Delicious cocktails and the steak was prepared perfectly. Tuna steak was very good as well. Cheesecake was massive and incredible!

Excellent service and quality of food as usual. Best place to book on New Year's Eve, with live Jazz band and great location opposite Hyde Park. Will surely visit again!

Service was very good - from reception to our server. Steaks were quite overcooked and dry / no seasoning which when you ordering USA Prime meat was a little surprising. Cocktails also very good and deserts bread and butter pudding excellent. Pleasant night - thank you

Service needs improvement. We were gifted a voucher to try out this steakhouse as our parents visited a few years ago and highly rated the restaurant. The evening started well, sat down quickly and ordering food/ first drinks. However, when we received the steak we had ordered one medium rare, one medium. The medium steak is was practically rare. The service was what really let this place down. We couldn’t see our waiter for 30/40 minutes and we had wanted to order our second round of drinks. After this, a different waiter had noticed and was able to get this for us. Baring in mind, the restaurant was empty with only a very few amount of customers. Lastly, we had a gift voucher which we told them upon arrival. The manager came back to us to say he wasn’t able to apply the voucher as he didn’t have the credential’s to do this, and requested we waited half an hour until the next manager came on shift. He did manage to resolve this a little while later, however not professional at all. Overall, I think the service needs a bit improvement for the type of establishment this is.
