                                                                                                        Had made a reservation for 6 approximately 2 weeks in advance requesting outdoor seating. Arrived timely & were told a table outside was unavailable in spite of one being empty nearby & clearly visible. Upon asking we were told that it was being held for a call ahead play. Didn’t sit well that a call ahead would take priority over a long standing reservation. Asked for the manager as the hostess could not provide an adequate explanation. Manager (Karen) was great & assured us that another outdoor table would be coming available after a short wait. After being seated no server came at all. Karen again to the rescue & became our server. She did an outstanding job for the remainder of our dinner. Everyone enjoyed their food & cocktails. Karen after a bad start turned things around for an enjoyable evening.

                                                                                                        K-Rico is my favorite mexi restaurant in Naples !!and the best as far as I’m concerned! It’s in bayfront where the scenic views of the water are amazing!! You can’t beat the authentic Mexican food the flavors are incredible and the food cooked to perfection.!!! I would recommend it to not just seasonal people but to all.!!!

                                                                                                        We love K-Rico. This time it was not up to the usual standard. My beer was warm. All but one of our dinners were excellent. One had to be sent back 2 times because it was just not hot. The manager came out on the 2nd time and took the dinner off our bill. They made it over and it was hot and delicious. Unfortunately, we were done eating at this point. They tried the best to compensate us, which they did.

                                                                                                        Great food and service! Everyone at the table ordered the cornbread which is excellent! We had tacos, grouper, and fajitas - everyone enjoyed their meal. Julio was an excellent server.

                                                                                                        This was our second visit after a very good first visit a year ago. It started a little clunky as the hostess ran around the restaurant looking for wait staff to wait on tables that had already been seated while we stood waiting at the check in desk. The restaurant seemed understaffed as our waitress had a lot of tables and trouble getting to everyone in a timely manner, which became a bit frustrating Luckily, the food was very good. The ambiance wasn’t great as they had all of the indoor lights on their highest setting so it was very bright in the restaurant. Overall, it wasn’t a great experience and I doubt with all of our other options we will go back again.
