   This place looks amazing, the view and the pool are beautiful, the food and the drinks are so good and the staff super friendly and professional. I strongly recommend this place.

   The views were amazing. We had a 7:15 reservation and when we got there still stood around for 30 min for our table. Now we sat down and ordered apps and the large mixed grill for 6. Took over an hour to get apps out to us. The mixed grill came about 30 minutes later. Chicken and beef were tough and over cooked. I would not recommend this venue. Paid 10 for 4 mozzarella sticks.

   The whole experience and service was awful. First of all, I made the reservation for my husbands birthday, and I called to see if we were able to go earlier, and the person who took the call was so rude that just didn’t greet and just asked what I needed, I asked my questions he responded and hanged up right away. We decided to go at the time of the reservation. In the specifications I ASKED that the person who received us, said to my husband happy birthday, because I know this info is shared with servers and hosts, but the lady didn’t say anything. We went to the assigned table with one menu and we were two people, and after being seated at 9:10PM, a server asked if everything was ok at 9:30PM when nobody had taken the order. He said he was going to call someone, and after 10 min he came back asking if somebody came, and because we said no, he said he was going to take the order. He did, and we receive the food after 10PM… in the meantime of the waiting another guy who clearly was Hispanic as us, was walking around and then when he saw that the food was finally on the table, because I also know when they are aware the service is poor, they usually avoid any contact, he approached and asked if we were fine. We noticed that another couple arrived and they had water and service right away…. Nobody offered water during the waiting, and when we got the food, we had to wait more for the utensils…. We asked for boxes, and another 15 min to get them, so I asked for boxes to the guy who was walking around, and I talked to him in Spanish, but he responded in English pretending he didn’t understand, so then my husband had to speak up and finally he responded in Spanish, I know enough English but that felt out of place. Clearly the check arrived before we blinked. And this server just couldn’t stop looking at the screen to see how much tip we were going to give him. It’s upsetting that this happened in such an special date for me. I won’t recommend this place ever.

   If you’re trying to impress someone, you can definitely go here with at least $150 and they would think the world of you after that

   Kala Rooftop I gifted a birthday dinner at Kala Rooftop to my best friend, and while she wasn’t able to fully enjoy the reservation due to the cold weather, she had a great experience overall. The customer service was phenomenal—they even provided her with a blanket, which was a thoughtful touch. She mentioned that the ambiance was amazing, the appetizers were delicious, and the cocktails were excellent. Unfortunately, since I had booked outdoor seating and it was too chilly, they decided not to stay for dinner. Despite that, she had a wonderful time, and I’m looking forward to experiencing it with her in the future!

   No vuelvo se tardaron una hora en atendenderme o al menos darme agua no recomiendo este lugar a nadie a parte que los precios son muy altos y uno espera un buen servicio pero está lejos de eso muy mala experiencia personal y nadie sale contento de este lugar

   Had an amazing dining experience! Our waiter, Eduardo, was absolutely fantastic — attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious, and the view was simply breathtaking. Highly recommend this place for a great meal and excellent service. Will definitely be back!

   Cool concept. The food wasn't bad at all. Service was very slow, so be prepared. Was seated at a fire table, making it very awkward to eat. Had no room for the food. Ask for ice in advance as everything was warm.

    My first time at Ka La’s Rooftop, I celebrated my Birthday with family and close friends. Beautiful atmosphere it was a little cold but they provided us with heaters. Will definitely visit again.
