Through an exclusive arrangement with the nation’s premier meat supplier, we offer corn-fed, dry-aged, center-cut beef, inspected and selected by master butchers. When the beef arrives, we refrigerate it in a perfectly calibrated environment until the moment it enters our custom-designed broilers – each capable of reaching up to 1200 degrees Fahrenheit. Over the top? Not if you want the kind of char that steak lovers dream about. Not if you want to serve a steak that has no equal. Welcome to the great steak of Wisconsin.

The same dedication to quality explains why we deal with only the best seafood suppliers, why we procure locally sourced meats and produce whenever possible, and why we have created one of Wisconsin’s truly great wine lists. Great service and even better food,I took my girlfriend here for her birthday and they made it perfect with a dessert and great food.We will definitely be back.

Everything was wonderful per usual. Only minor complaint was food came up too fast and we hadn’t finished our salads yet so we felt rushed. We were treated to dessert though which made up for it. We are very fond of the garbage salad but everything is top notch.

The ribeye was one of the best I’ve ever had. This was our second time there and it did not disappoint. Staff were all wonderful. Will definitely be going back.

The bone in filet was outstanding done to perfection along with the garbage salad which is prepared table side Tristan took great care of us😊

Excellent service, clean and safe restaurant. Manager on site greeted and seated us . The quality of food is very good and portions are generous. Our baked potato was fully cooked but served lukewarm. Same with mashed potato. We only addressed the baked potato issue to our server. Immediately our server was apologetic, fixed the problem and remove it from our bill. We appreciate their effort and plan on returning .
