With it being Thanksgiving, they were busy. However, the staff was hustling and it was a great experience. Food was tasty too!!

Unfortunately, I’m pretty sure there was no manager working Sunday afternoon. We walked in and was ignored by the hostess. She did have a large group ahead of us, but didn’t even bother to acknowledge that we were there. Even a “I’ll be right with you.” would have been polite. Another server ended up trying to help but sat us at a table with no server. We ended up having to track down the original hostess before she finally found someone to take our order. It was my mother’s birthday month so we thought she had the $25 credit since she is a Landry’s card member. The server told us she checked but there was nothing on the card. We called Landry’s the next day and were told that we did have a $25 credit on the card. I’m guessing the server either didn’t know how to run the card or she didn’t want to be bothered with it. We had no complaints about the food. It was great, as always. I think the next time we decide to eat here, I will check and make sure a manager is working. This is clearly a restaurant that doesn’t run smoothly without one.

Food was very good, service was great as well. But the music is so loud in there you cannot carry on a business lunch. They have got to tone it down if they want a lunch crowd.

Their pork ribs are worth ordering. I always thought beef ribs were the norm, these pork ribs are very good. I would request extra sauce. The large lump crab cake appetizer is excellent. Have the street corn side with your entree. Delicious.

It was a great experience. My partner had the steak and asparagus I had the redfish Melissa. We ordered the Mac on the side but it was cold and not that great—maybe next time. But over all we enjoyed the experience. Our waitress Princess was the best!
