The negative was that the bar tender didn't know how to make a Manhattan "up". They made a drink then strained the watered down drink into a martini glass. Other than that the rest of the meal was fine.

Our family enjoyed a relaxed dinner at Kingsley's. Such a lovely, historic setting in a convenient location. It was nice and quiet allowing us to easily converse which we really appreciated. Our steaks were good although 2 of our party found theirs a bit 'chewy'. Mine was excellent. There's a good wine list and we enjoyed a bottle of Coonawarra red. The staff were friendly and attentive.

I made a reservation and went alone. It was a very delicious meal! The atmosphere was classy and the staff were all friendly. I had 200g of eye fillet and tomato salad. I chose mashed potatoes as a side for the steak. I drank the red wine that was recommended and it went very well with the steak. I highly recommend it. 블로그 후기 보고 혼자 예약하고 갔어요 너무너무 맛있었어요ㅜㅜ 분위기는 고급스럽고 직원들은 모두 친절했어요 eye fillet 200g과 토마토 샐러드 먹었는데 조합이 아주 굿 스테이크 사이드는 매쉬포테이토 골랐어요 버터리하면서 부드러워요 레드와인을 추천받아서 마셨는데 스테이크와 아주 잘 어울렸어요 강력추천!! 여기 붐비지도 않고 현지인들이 주로 오는곳이라 더 괜찮은것같아요

The ambiance is good and the staff are very friendly. We love the Beef Wellington and will order it again for sure however, the 1kg TBone was a letdown; requested medium rare but chewy, didn't have much flavor. We really had a hard time chewing it unfortunately.

the air conditioning needs to be addressed as it was really hot last night and no ac in the top level. everything else was awesome

We have been regular customers of Kingsleys over the years and it is disappointing to see this restaurant fall to overpriced pub food standard. The steaks were always exceptional but not anymore. The entrees were good(squid and kingfish) but the steals were bland with large parcels of inedible fat. Our table was not the only problem with the table adjacent attempting three times to obtain what they ordered. Service staff seem disinterested with one staff member leaving half way through our order. This was the last night of an extended significant celebration and to say we were disappointed would be an understatemnt

We were in Sydney for 4 nights and came here twice! Outstanding Prawns & Salt & Pepper Squid as an entre, the Petit Fillet with chips and bernaise sauce sublime! I would definitely make this a ‘regular’ if I didn’t live 10,500 miles away! Chris Shaw London
