                                                The food and the service were excellent. Ordered cod with almond based sauce. Also spin skip its , grilled octopus, Ebro delicious. The live music was also very good and fun.

                                                The food was great as always! Unfortunately, we did not get the level of service we usually get when visiting Kipos. We arrived on time and had reservations but had to wait to be seated. Once seating we waiting 20 minutes before getting out water glasses filled. My fiancés iced tea was never refilled, the waitress didn’t offer a refill and left to quickly after refilling our water glasses for us to ask. Luckily I only wanted one glass of wine, because I didn’t have an opportunity to order another one. Several times we looked for a server and didn’t see any through the restaurant. I am understanding it was a holiday and they were perhaps under staffed. Our food was so good, we still had a positive overall experience. Since this is not the norm of the service we typically receive at Kipos, we will be returning and hope the lack of customer service was a fluke.

                                                We booked a table for 5:30pm on NYE. Our table of three finished our entrees around 6:20pm, and at 6:30- before taking our dessert order, the waiter informed us they had a reservation coming in for our table in 15 minutes; we would need to be done before then. Needless to say, we no longer wanted dessert. We paid our check and left. We have never experienced this before, ever. Kipos has always been a favorite of ours, but unfortunately, I doubt we’ll be back.

                                                3 of us had a lovely early dinner last night. We were seated in front of the fabulous Bouzouki player who was friendly. The food was excellent and the service was perfect. It couldn't have been a nicer evening.
