At the locally famous Kyoto's we offer the full experience of having your meal prepared table-side with our Hibachi Chefs. You can expect an intimate ambiance with dimmed down lighting, the occasional fire flare from our Hibachi tables, and lots of laughter during your dining experience. The chefs are very entertaining with decades of experience in cooking and showmanship. The show consists of professional Chefs displaying expert spatula and knife handling while preparing perfectly cooked steak, seafood, and chicken dishes. The show also consists of flambe, flaming onions, spatula-egg juggling, and of course our famous shrimp toss where guests are part of the show and catch shrimp with their chefs. Our cook was slow! Everyone at the table was done with their rice and veggies before he started cooking the meat. We all commented how we would’ve liked to enjoy our whole meal together. I will request a different cook next time. I understand the meat always comes later but not as late as this cook served.

We have been long time customers of Kyoto for over 20 years. This was our worst experience. Cook was flat and did not seem happy to be there. Had to clear our own dishes to make room, had to go ask for my daughter’s steamed rice that was never delivered. It was then served cold. Drank water that was never refilled. We will try again since this was not our normal experience.

This is and has always been out goto restaurant for family events (birthdays, promotions and retirements). We love this place. Keep up the great work and great food. Hibachi; Filet mignon, shrimp, salmon, teriyaki chicken, Marilyn roll, and shrimp tempura! Yum! Yum!

My husband and I come to Kyotos to celebrate our anniversary. Every year we come, it's always an experience! The staff is superb and the chefs truly are artists! We will continue to support this locally owned restaurant. Thank you for showing consistency through out the years!

It isn’t the same personal hometown service from the previous owner. I am glad they still have a few cooks that have been the with the previous owners. They remember us and that is helpful.

Hi Craig! We understand that its not historically the same service from the previous owners. Chef Remy (my uncle) and Chef #9 (my aunt) in the back of the house are actually the family under new ownership. I put more of an emphasis on our Chefs and staff being the face of the business over myself because they are amazing and deserve the recognition. Our manager, Peyton, has been with our other restaurant brand for 10+ years. Please feel free to ask for him and he will tell you our whole story! We appreciate you and thanks for the review.
