   Great for dinner before a show at Hamer Hall. Meals are tasty, served quickly and good range of drinks. Service is fast and friendly

   I love the food here and what’s not to love about dining next to the river with Southbank heaving with people. I recommend getting a table on the terrace

   We wanted to have a special dinner for my son‘s 80th birthday. We booked a table for four on the day and enjoyed a delicious meal and great service. It is located just on the river in Southbank giving us a view but also allowing us to go for a straw afterwards and head to the casino. What a great night we had. Will definitely come back to this restaurant and all of you was amazing.

   Our group of seven had a great evening at LaCamera. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the river was wonderful. The other advantage of sitting outside was the reduced noise level. It was easy for everyone to join in the conversations. Some of the food servings were exceptional and others were just OK. In particular, the pasta dishes had too much pasta and not enough of the sauce / flavour to make the meal special. The restaurant made the 'no split bills policy' clear. Why is this an issue? Spitting the bill among a group of people should not be that hard. Lots of other restaurants allow split bills.

   We came specially for the performance by the Three Tenors and were not disappointed; they sang well and were entertaining.

   Throughly enjoyed our evening, food was delicious and the service was second to none. We will definitely make this our first stop when returning to Melbourne. Thank you la camera 😃

   The food and atmosphere was great. We had a booking for 8.15 which was late for us but it was a warm night. We were told the kitchen will close at 9 so we had to rush our order. Why would you accept a booking that late and then we had to rush… A bit disappointing we couples and enjoy the atmosphere

    Absolutely stunning food, wine and service. Just ever so slightly noisy but that’s the only knock we can give. Never ever walk away disappointed from La Camera. We will be back, again, for sure.
