La Casa is a fun and vibrant Tapas & Mezze restaurant in a cosy, bright and airy surroundings. We are situated in a ‘forever growing’ Dalry neighbourhood. Our aim in La Casa is to bring Mediterranean flavours to the streets of Edinburgh. We use only the best ingredients from the top suppliers to make sure that every dish is as authentic to its origin as possible.

    From the moment we walked in, lovely reception. Ordered Tapas dishes and Mezze, all dishes were very tasty and delicious. All round a great eating experience with great staff.

    Best restaurant for a pre rugby international meal . Great choice . Good value . Staff excellent , some have been there for years and are always very welcoming and very professional.

    Unfortunately, it was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. The staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than acknowledging guests. We stood at the entrance awkwardly before anyone even bothered to greet us or show us to a table. Once seated, the lack of attentiveness continued. We had to flag someone down to place our order, and even then, it felt like we were an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. No check-ins, no refills, and no effort to make us feel welcome. As for the food—bland doesn’t even begin to describe it. It lacked any real flavour or seasoning. The experience was made even worse by the beer, which had an off-putting, sour taste that suggested the beer lines hadn’t been cleaned in ages. Overall was a complete letdown. Poor service, tasteless food, and questionable drink quality make it a place I would not recommend to anyone. There are plenty of other restaurants that actually care about their customers—this is not one of them. Save your time and money and dine elsewhere.
