Thursday-Saturday, join us for a single seating and allow us to take you on a truly unique 2.5-hour, 6-course journey through the senses. We're taking a wildly crafted, wild-hearted, high-vibration approach that has us bursting with creative delight! Our intention, as always, has been to serve only beautiful organic food and drink, created with elegance and creativity, igniting body, mind, and spirit.

You'll have the option of adding a wine pairing or a non-alcoholic elixir pairing. Bottles and glass pours are also available.

Unbelievable meal. The Chef and his teams’ personal care combined with amazing talent made this one of the top dining experiences we’ve ever had. Highly recommended with the wine pairing. Will be tough for anyone to meet the standard they’ve now set.

Best restaurant in Nosara by far, maybe even all of Costa Rica It’s a must if in Nosara, all organic, grass fed meats just amazing!

Connected to the energy of Nosara, this farm-to-table restaurant is a delightful culinary gem that truly embodies the essence of local cuisine with the elegance of metropolitan culinary experience. From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere, complete with rustic decor and an open kitchen that feels as though you are connected to the process. The menu, a set course, showcases an impressive selection of dishes, all made with fresh, organic ingredients sourced from local farms. Each plate is a beautiful presentation of vibrant colors and flavors. While we have only been once, we hope to return to experience evolution of Chef Patterson‘s vision. Service began promptly with Chef Patterson personally giving his manifesto of sorts emphatically explaining the importance of locally sourced organic ingredients. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, eager to share the story behind each ingredient. Each course was served at the same time connecting each table in the experience. Chef came to each table and connected personally through dinner service, an incredible opportunity to learn about the path of the food and his journey. I would go so far as to suggest if you are in Costa Rica make an effort to go to La Cosecha.

Excellent 7-course experience. Each course was paired with amazing non-alcoholic drinks (wine pairings if that’s your cup of tea). Chef and staff were so lovely. Highly recommend if you’re in the area.

We have been coming to Nosara for 6 years and Cosecha is such a wonderful addition to the community and a splendid option for a special occasion. Chef Collin spent a good amount of time with us discussing menu, etc. Such a cool guy. Food was spectacular using the best the region has to offer. Highly recommend.
