Experience the culinary richness of Peru at La Costanera, a modern Peruvian fusion restaurant opened its doors October 2, 2009. The scenic California coast in Half Moon Bay, overlooks the Pillar Point Harbor with sweeping views of the beach and ocean. Just a short, beautiful drive from San Francisco (25 miles). The space is grand, with 180 degree windows, two stories, and a large outdoor terrace.

                                                                                                                          We always have an amazing experience here! Twice already this year for special occasions. It is so rare to find such a great location, with amazing food (we’ve tried just about every dish by now), phenomenal wait staff, great ambience drinks/music, and the view cannot be beat. Parking is easy, there is a cute cafe and the harbor near by, we will keep coming back and try more of the specials! ;-)

We ordered several appetizers which were elegantly prepared. Only complaint is that they were a little pricey for the quantity.

Service was top notch. The food was great except for one slightly undercooked scallop. Other than that, a wonderful restaurant that we come back to over and over again.
