At La Française Bistrot, we bring Family back to the Family ski town, by being one of the only family-operated businesses in Summit County. From father, mother, daughter and son-in-law, we share the best of what our family loves and cherishes: good food, good wine and a good time.
We do limit our seating times to 1h30mins for parties of 2, 1h45mins for 3-4 people and 2 hours for larger parties. If you expect your seating time to be longer, please make your reservation for later time slots so that everyone gets to enjoy our restaurant without being rushed!

We have a 15-minute grace period & charge $10/person for no-shows or day of cancellations. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we no longer accept online reservations for parties of 8 or more. Please call the restaurant to book for larger groups.

Margot, the new generation in the family business made us feel welcomed, happy, well taken care of, and inspired in our retirement celebration. She and her staff were attentive, professional and afforded us just the right amount of space to enjoy our dinner. The food was very good. Moules Frites Friday did not disappoint and the Foie Gras was magical and prepared in three ways. Our bevs were plentiful. As a big fan of lavender, I highly recommend the Lavender Fields cocktail: pretty to the eyes, delightfully floral with a twist of lemon zest in a rosé in a lovely partnership, only lightly sweet and effervescent. I will try to mimic this cocktail recipe as we return home, over 1000 miles away. I wish this restaurant business much success!

Family owned French restaurant. Incredible food everything we ordered was perfection. The owner introduced herself to us and was so lovely. Her daughter who is taking over the restaurant was fantastic as well. Had great conversations with everyone there. The cook even came over to introduce himself. Such a wonderful experience! Would come back in a heartbeat and I will certainly be recommending this restaurant to anyone visiting Breckenridge. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

We are so glad we found this place. Met the owners who also have a bakery next door. The whole crew takes part in cooking and serving. We had the French onion soup, the vichyssoise, and Dover Sole for2 and profiteroles for dessert. Will definitely go back here again next time in Breckenridge!

This is an absolutely wonderful restaurant. Everything was fantastic from the service to the food to the cozy ambience. Everyone went out of their way to make us comfortable. We tried several dishes, all of which we loved, but the mussels were our absolute favorite. We will definitely return.

The meal and service were spectacular. Joe provided us with the insight of the menu and we went back for breakfast at the bakery on the 31st.

We had a great time here, the service was great, we had Joe as our waiter and he was funny and very helpful with the menu. The food was amazing!! We will be back!

If you’ve ever visited France, you will immediately feel like you’re in France when you go into La Francaise. The casual French atmosphere coupled with the warm welcome from the staff delicious and authentic food choices set this restaurant far apart from any other casual French bistro we have tried in the United States. It is our favorite restaurant in Breckenridge . I Encourage you to try it, but make a reservation for in advance or you will not be able to enjoy the experience!
