   Reservation via OpenTable on Valentine Day was not honored. I could tell the staff were working hard to accommodate but a crowd of people with reservations waited over 15 minutes before a hostess acknowledged them followed by chaotic waiting for tables.

   We made a reservation for 7:30pm, and when we got there to check in, they said it was about 30-45 minute wait. Why make a reservation if they don't even honor it? The host up front wrote our name on a notebook and didn't even check if we had a reservation or not. Once we were seated, we waited almost 30 minutes just for them to take our order, then another hour before we received our food. The appetizer plates were dirty, as were the utensils. We asked for them to change them out twice. The veggies on our meals weren't what was advertised, "we ran out of asparagus, so we gave you squash." Our server never told us they ran out until we brought it up, and she made it seem like we just had to be ok with it, which we weren't. Food wasn't fully cooked. the server never came to check on us after we got our food to see if we needed refills or to see if we needed anything. We asked to speak to the manager, but our server said that the manager was busy and she would give us 10% off if we wanted, but she wouldn't let us talk to the manager. Horrible service, don't waste your time or money here. They don't care about the guests and are so unorganized as a restaurant. Next time, we'll go to McDonald's instead. Lol, that's how bad this place is.

   The service was good , the food took way to long to be served and when it finely made it to the table it was like someone was just learning to cook for the first time that had no idea what they were doing !

   We had a fabulous night at La Papillion. The fish was delicious. Herby K played music and was very entertaining. Classy place ams service was fantastic.

   The good was great tasting. Everyone enjoyed their meals. The service by Suszan was great. The restaurant was nicely decorated.

   Well, my experience is I did not have an experience. We had a reservation at 8:45 when we got there our reservation was canceled because the chef had left so when we got there, we were told our reservation was canceled. You know they could’ve called us and let us know so that we could’ve went somewhere else. I was very unhappy with the situation the most of all we felt very disrespected, and the fact that they did not even give us a call to tell us the chef was leaving, and then our reservation was canceled let alone not even an apology

    So very hard to explain what we experienced. Tbh, we had a good time and some of the errors in the service were part of the entertainment. It was my wife’s birthday and we took our entire family to dinner. We chose the place over Angus because of the extensive fish and chicken dishes. Just to list: When we walked in they encouraged us strongly to eat their breakfast buffet. I went to look at it and the food was sticky, cold and unappealing. When we agreed to order from the menu and you could see the panic in the servers face. When I ordered I asked I would take the fish and chips if they had malt vinegar, which I was assured they do. When my meal was served she unapologetically said “we don’t have malt vinegar.” I was angry. And then I looked at the fish, which consisted of premade fish triangles (like fish sticks) burned to a crisp. Burned badly and she put it in front of me like it was no big deal. My family wanted steaks and meals like chicken piccata’s but followed the lead of the server and got “basic” meals like French toast or pancakes. My sons French toast had multiple long hairs in his food and he sent it back. When attempt number two came to our table it also had multiple hairs. He just ate other food from other plates. All in all we laughed and had a good time but for all the wrong reasons.
