La Pizza & La Pasta features two of the best-loved Italian dishes: Napoli-style pizza and al dente pasta. Enjoy our seasonal selection just steps away from our expert pasta chefs and dough-slinging pizzaioli (pizza makers). Our traditional but innovative dishes feature both fresh pasta made daily in-house and air-dried, bronze-extruded pasta from Campania, Italy, and traditional Neapolitan pizza, from the experts at Rossopomodoro, a Napoli-based pizza company.

We hold the table for a grace period of 15 minutes before offering the reservation to our waitlist.
Parties of 7-10 people, call the restaurant. Parties of 11 or more, email esv-privatedining@eataly.com
Parties will be required to give credit card info to reserve their spot. There will be a $20 per person charge for no show or cancellations without 48 hr notice.

    I was very disappointed with the food and service we had today. The food was super bland (lacking salt and flavor in the taliagelle bolognese and the parpadelle mushrooms ragu). The kids pizza were great (all three kids finished pizza for most part). The service: our server took our order and never came back to check on us - we had to ask the bus staff for straws, our drinks and boxes. We asked for our check from bus boy who then went to find our server. So we were informed kids eat free with each paid adult entree. The kids got pizzas. So pizza (cheese, sauce) is free as long as there were no toppings. We were charged for toppings - so weird. So we felt like we were charged for kids meal even though they advertised kids eat free. I recommend they advertise free kids cheese pizza.

    The food and ambiance was nice. Are party of four was not served all together at the same time. Other than that we had a good experience dining there.

    Better than our first visit when they opened. Has a kids menu and coloring pages.Food was ok. The kids loved it. Service was less arrogant than before. Overall better than expected, especially on Christmas Day.

    Our linguini came without any shrimp. They forgot. The spinach pasta didn’t mention any meat but came with large portions of pork and was very greasy. This was their specials. Then with the hope to make our Christmas eve better, we ordered their desserts. They took super long time to deliver to our table. The mini coni were super frozen and didn’t look fresh at all. Then the check took forever. We were so done that we just wanted to get out of there. Overall it was a terrible Christmas eve experience considering we have reserved the experience for that occasion.

    We celebrated my daughter’s birthday. I even noted it in the reservation. I was disappointed the hostess (short elder woman who was on the rude side) seated us in the bar area. It was loud, we had multiple waiters and was just not the ambience we wanted. For an expensive restaurant, we should’ve been asked if it was okay to seat us in the bar. The food was good and our main waiter (who was also the bartender) was good but I probably wont go back because of this.

    Food and service were excellent. It is a bit noisy, making it difficult to hear conversations amongst members of your party.

    The four of us were greeted by the nice lady at check in. We were seated outside- warm day in December so it was really nice to sit outside because the noise level inside can be a bit loud. Our group ordered two appetizers- the burratta and focaccia. Both were delicious. Between the four of us we had rigatoni, two different salads and the butternut squash ravioli! Everything was delicious! Our server was great!! Loved it

    Rejected service because celiac and then manager said they take it seriously and there is a small chance, of course we know this and we have eaten here before and never got sick. Got sick this 1 time. Its not that we got sick after the lets say 5th or 6th time eating here but being rejected service at first.
