La Pizza & La Pasta features two of the best-loved Italian dishes: Napoli-style pizza and al dente pasta. Enjoy our seasonal selection just steps away from our expert pasta chefs and dough-slinging pizzaioli (pizza makers). Our traditional but innovative dishes feature both fresh pasta made daily in-house and air-dried, bronze-extruded pasta from Campania, Italy, and traditional Neapolitan pizza, from the experts at Rossopomodoro, a Napoli-based pizza company.

We hold the table for a grace period of 15 minutes before offering the reservation to our waitlist.
Parties of 7-10 people, call the restaurant. Parties of 11 or more, email esv-privatedining@eataly.com
Parties will be required to give credit card info to reserve their spot. There will be a $20 per person charge for no show or cancellations without 48 hr notice.

Birthday dinner with 10 adults and 4 children and 1 baby. Very well accommodated and great service.

We had reservations and showed up with a rental mall stroller for my grandson. We were told we could not bring it in because of code violations. I asked what happens when someone in a wheelchair comes in. The reply “we would pull out a chair and place them in that spot. There were only 3 of us, my wife, grandson and I. Seems like the stroller could go there. We were told to put it outside. If someone takes it the stroller is on my credit card and I obviously would be charged. I told the almost bald (since I didn’t get his name) manager “way to go guy, I’m going to get the store manager “. I made it 10 feet and was called back and he told me he’s not supposed to do those due to code reasons” then took us to the back where they had stacked chairs and we parked the stroller there. I replied wasn’t that an easy solution? Point here is I had to say I was going to find his boss in order to be helped. Next thing you know, the child’s pasta is comped due to the holidays which if that is true then no compensation was given for the treatment we were given. W While we were eating, we noticed other tables with strollers at them blocking the walk way so how is it we were going to be turned away, because that’s definitely a violation. I also let them know that their sister restaurant “Terra” never gave us this problem and we’ve eaten there many times, sometimes with a stroller. I’ll never go to La pizza and La Pasta again. I work in this industry and to see this lack of hospitality and refusal to find a solution unless threatened with finding their superior to make a complaint is just disheartening and extremely disappointing. The pizza was soggy in the bottom, very flavorful crust and sauce. Just a simple Margarita pizza. It no crispy to the crust except in the edges.

Courteous service, however: Main dishes were served while we were eating the first dish. Unprofessional. Turkey dinner was nothing more than ok, turkey was bland. Salmon was tasty. Kids likes the pizza. Good atmosphere but I won't come back for a while.

Eately has to pay rent for the large space somehow, and thats by having abnormally high profit margins from their restaurants. All menu items should be at least 25% less than they are. Some ingredients are imported from Italy, but this doesn’t make the dishes taste any different than domestically sources ingredients. This is one of those restaurants where you spend alot of money and still leave hungry. Portions are very small especially considering the price. I don’t like inflated priced places that don’t even offer complimentary bread. The food itself was average to slightly above average, but nothing special at all, and not worth a 2nd visit. Service was average. Plenty of other Italian restaurants in the area. Pass on this.

The food here is delicious and pasta cooked perfectly al dente. The service could improve by providing a more elevated level of interaction and communication. Our server referred to myself as well as the male patrons on both tables beside us as “boss.” At the end of our delicious meal our check was mixed up with another table and overcharged as a bottle of wine not ordered was added to our bill. We’ll still continue to eat here as the food is well worth the inconveniences we experienced.
