    We dined here for New Years Eve . I ordered the chicken with prosciutto - I thought it would be more of a white wine sauce, on the dry side couldn’t really taste the fontina cheese and prosciutto- did not enjoy the Marsala sauce. Chicken parmigiana was okay as well as the pappardelle pasta. Pasta was kind of dry. Cannoli did not have regular cannoli cream - was tasty but very different from what we are used to in North Jersey. Bread was delicious! Wine is way overpriced / 20.00 glass and other cocktails 18.00 & up. Waiter was very friendly!

    First let me say the ambience is beautiful. Our waiter was on point with his prompt service to us. The food experience another story, ordered our wine and an appetizer was fairly quick. The eggplant appetizer was nothing to write home about, especially for the price . Server showed the specials on an ipad screen. Ordered the lobster francaise special, looked fantastic. In the meantime we were told the restaurant ran out of bread, BUT if we wanted to purchase garlic bread we could. Approaching the ONE hour of waiting for our entrees, the serve did give us complimentary garlic bread. Lobster francaise was okay and honestly when we saw the price on our check (price was not disclosed when we ordered) we were super surprised it was $110.99. It was the smallest piece of lobster, over sauteed spinach. We have no problem paying for a great meal but this was not in combination with waiting, and price. So this will be our one and only time at this venue.

    The food was above-average and we'd highly recommend the grilled octopus, the gnocchi in cream sauce and the chicken parmigiana. However, this was one of the loudest restaurants I've been to in recent memory and it was almost impossible to hear our server try to explain the specials or anything else. It also took an extraordinary amount of time for our entree to arrive following the appetizer. I'd say a good 30 minutes had passed from the time our appetizer was cleared to when our entree arrived. It just made the meal feel a bit disjointed and extended the dinner for longer than it needed to be for two people.
