The Lagoon Beach Club serves casual poolside cuisine and an array of local beers, destination-inspired cocktails and non-alcoholic refreshments.

Overlooking the resort’s stunning one-acre Lagoon Beach Pool and beside the Terrace Pool & Spa, The Lagoon Beach Club has been fully refurbished serving casual poolside cuisine and an array of local beers, destination-inspired cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages to our resort and local guests.

With soothing sounds, crisp cocktails and a fresh food menu, join us on our Pool Deck watching the day go by embracing our Gold Coast Playground.

It was New Year so very busy, pizza not good, soggy and not much flavour.

Our family had a wonderful New Year’s Eve At the Intercontinental beach party The ambiance was amazing and there was the right amount of people. I thought it might be too crowded but numbers were just right The Intercontinental team deserve nothing but praise for everything they organised. We have nothing but gratitude for making everyone’s night memorable. Thanks again to Intercontinental Diane Farrell

The New Year’s Eve experience was advertised to have the full menu available until 8pm and then a reduced menu afterwards. At 7pm the menu changed without notice. Lots of guests had planned to order between 7 and 8pm and missed out on much better options for dinner. No care was given by the staff about this at all.

I am a regular visitor to the lagoon and always pay the booking fee $30 each for myself and my guests I was disappointed that there were visitors that didn’t pay they told me they never do The sun bed was covered in food scraps the usually racked sand wasn’t raked kids toys in the lagoon that I picked up and the pool floats have been taken away Food and drinks were good Hopefully things will improve

The venue is beautiful, and the lagoon pool is lovely, with plenty of seating available. Unfortunately, poolside ordering isn’t functional, so you have to queue at the bar to place your order, though they do bring it to you afterward. Food and cocktails were delicious. If they sort out the poolside ordering, it will be a 5 star experience.

The lagoon beach club is my favourite local retreat I bring all my local and international friends here I love the atmosphere location and beautiful views I live in Hope Island and this is my local For $30 a visit I feel like I’m on a wonderful holiday vacation ever time I visit
