   Read the reviews - they are pretty accurate. Really unique atmosphere that kinda makes the whole thing worth it. Great wall decorations, artwork, lighting, and super creative drink servings (I never take pictures in restaurants but for these drinks I made an exception). Food was very good, though not everything was awesome. It’s pretty pricey, though we indulged intentionally so nothing was a surprise.

   Las Dos Fridas Steakhouse es un lugar hermoso con un ambiente elegante y acogedor. La comida es deliciosa, los cortes de carne son espectaculares y la coctelería es toda una experiencia. El servicio es excelente, siempre atentos a cada detalle. Lo recomiendo al 100% y sin duda volveré!

   l’m in love with the experience. I was impressed by the details of the decor and the atmosphere of the place. The food was delicious, arrived on time, and was very well prepared. I really liked the presentation of the dishes. I ordered several drinks, and they all had an exquisite flavor. I really liked the waiter's service because he was always attentive and prompt.    Overpriced, they didn’t have all the items we wanted to order on the menu, took a LONG time to get the food and we were served the main at different times not all together. Even the dessert was going to take long and we decided to cancel. Food was salty. Not great value for what you get. Ambiance is nice. Concept is good but needs a lot of work and hospitality experience to make it work. Won’t return.

   I recently dined at Las Dos Fridas in San Juan, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. We arrived at 7:30 PM, and from the start, the service was extremely slow. After ordering our appetizers, we waited about 30 minutes, and then when we ordered our main dishes, it took almost two hours for them to arrive. When we inquired about the delay, the staff informed us that they had mistakenly skipped our ticket, but no one came to explain or apologize for the oversight. By the time the food arrived, my steak was overcooked, which was disappointing. After we complained, the so-called “manager” mentioned they would compensate us with the first round of drinks and desserts. However, when it was time to settle the bill, the drinks were not removed, and the dessert we wanted was unavailable. We asked the server to correct the bill, but it took another 20 minutes for him to return. When we followed up, we were told the manager had left and no one was available to handle it. Eventually, they managed to get the manager back to our table. When we expressed our frustration about the long wait and poor service, her response was simply, “me too.” This lack of empathy made the situation even more frustrating. Overall, it was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve ever had. I do not recommend Las Dos Fridas if you value good service and a pleasant dining atmosphere.

   Dear Yulie, We’re surprised and saddened by your review, as we strive for quality service. However, let’s clarify a few points. Your reservation was at 7:30 p.m., yet you arrived late. Despite that, we welcomed you warmly. Our dining experience is meant to be relaxed, not rushed like fast food. Regarding your steak, it was prepared to the requested standard, though perception can be subjective. More concerning was your companion yelling at our staff, making even your guests uncomfortable. As a courtesy, some charges were removed, though expectations seemed to go beyond that. We regret not meeting your standards and wish you the best in future dining experiences.    Service was amazing, but food took 1hr 30min to arrive. The place wasnt full and our steaks were ordered to medium, which dont take long to cook. The food is not worth the value in my opinion. The plating could use some work, you just get the steak slapped on the plate, no sauce or presentation. Ordered a side of carbonara pasta also, that was truly the highlight of the night
