Florida’s only two Michelin star restaurant, and the only two Michelin star Joël Robuchon restaurant in the U.S., L'Atelier Miami of The Bastion Collection is the incarnation of the late Chef Joël Robuchon’s groundbreaking concept, staying true to the original Parisian roots while drawing inspiration from the surrounding city and location in the Miami Design District.

L'Atelier’s name refers to a craftsman’s workshop, emphasizing Chef Robuchon’s hallmark of elevating the simplest of dishes into something extraordinary using pristine ingredients, immaculate technique and abundant creativity. The chef’s counter seating faces directly into the open kitchen, allowing for a dynamic interaction between the chefs and diners, and view into the creative process.

Van de OpenTable-redactie: Het enige restaurant in Florida met twee MICHELIN-sterren viert de inmiddels overleden chef-kok met zijn kenmerkende Franse gerechten. top experience both culinary and at the customer service level. went last time for special occasion (birthday) and decided to come back just because. staff remembered us from the first time, even the members of the family that did not come this last time. the experience is personal as if you were with friends. we have dined in many Michelin star restaurants. this tops it off. owning a dental company where customer service is the highest priority, I can appreciate this level of service. Kudos to the team and training. Food: had the tasting menu paired with wine selections. outstanding every time. our sommelier was entertainting and knowledgeable. the young adults in the party had a blast listening to his stories. any time there is a question about white glove dining, there should be no doubt where to go. looking forward to when you change the tasting menu again.

Each dish was amazing and the service was top notch. Top dishes for me were foie gras mousse, A5 Wagyu, and gnocchi with truffle. Expensive but worth every dollar. We loved sitting at the counter but if you want a more typical dining experience ask for a table when you make reservation.

Everything is perfect. Love this place and the Evolution tasting menu. The desserts are absolutely outstanding to end the meal. Recommend it to anyone who wants to have an unforgettable night!

This is an exceptional restaurant in every way. Great, friendly service and spectacular food. Beautiful restaurant as well. They’ve more than earned their two stars. Counter service is the way to go.

Service impeccable- Menu de haut niveau: exquis et raffiné- Selection de vins remarquable. Decoration très traditionnelle de J Robouchon( Rouge et noir) un peu datée- mais reste tres agreable.

Wonderful experience for our anniversary! Good is delicious, great presentation, and staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The counter experience is the way to go. The kitchen was amazingly quiet, which is not the case for most restaurants. We will come back!

We sat at Bar which I recommend as a better experience to see everyone passionately laboring on providing the most exceptional experience. Our waiter Christian was unbelievably communicative, suggestive and precise. His knowledge of the flavors, textures, ingredients, tastes made our culinary experience unforgettable. The chocolate desert was divine and just all the attention to detail in the restaurant like, the bathrooms, lighting, cleanliness and decorum was impeccable.
