Absolutely perfect evening celebrating my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary. One of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Toronto in a long time. Everything from the food to service to ambiance - I couldn’t imagine a better place to celebrate a very special occasion. I will absolutely be telling friends about this place and plan to come back often. Can’t wait to have brunch here too!

L’Avenue is my girlfriend’s favourite restaurant and I surprised her with a reservation for dinner on New Year’s eve,. This was my first time eating at L’Avenue and I can honestly say we both enjoyed the experience immensely. From the time we walked in the door until we left at the end of the evening we were treated beyond expectations, For apps we ordered the oysters and escargot, for our mains we ordered the lamb chops with an added lobster tail and the filet mignon and for dessert we ordered the coconut cream pie and the crème brûlée, all was prepared to perfection. For beverages my girlfriend had an Elora and we shared a bottle of the Valpolicella Ripasso. The service was incredible and our waiter certainly made the night extra special. A very special thanks to the owner who made the night unforgettable. We will certainly be back and recommend L’Avenue to anyone who would like to enjoy a dining experience that is beyond compare

Lemonade was fizzy-unexpected and the table seating too close to the kitchen so we hear staff activity! Otherwise pleasant!

Anniversary dinner and the staff went out of their way to make it an awesome experience. We had filet minion and lobster spaghetti. Both were impeccable! Will definitely visit again as there were so many great items on the menu to try!

Steak was cooked too rare, asked for a medium rare. The carbonara tasted like cardboard and not even “real” parm cheese. Also surprised a dog was allowed to be inside the restaurant. Best part were the appetizers. Service was at least good. Unfortunately, we will not be back.

Such a great experience! Our server was excellent and the food was top notch. The restaurant itself was so cute! Would definitely recommend.
