We love the Le Bistro dining experience and ambience. Our only comment would be to turn the recorded music down to a soft level and focus on relaxing jazz rather than loud vocal jazz. Soft jazz goes with the beautiful ambience you’ve created - loud vocals does not. Thank you

Awesome food, wait staff, and ambience! The French onion soup was wonderful as was the almond mole squash. I ordered a Mexican coffee for old time sake, and it did not disappoint.

We were a party of 4 and chose Le Bistro to celebrate the end of a great week in PV. The restaurant is beautiful. Unfortunately the food and service didn't align with the atmosphere. The restaurant is still new. It's only been open a month. I recommend giving them another month to work things out and then give them a try. The food had some hits, misses and meh. I'll start wit the hits. The black truffle porcini ravioli was a hit. Great balance between the mushrooms and the black truffle. The sauce and the texture of the ravioli were excellent. The french onion soup was also a hit. The misses were the stone crab and mango salad. The salad is a pile of greens with a light orange puck of something that was made with too much mayonnaise. I love stone crab and this dish had none of the taste or texture. There were two specials that evening; sea bass and short ribs both were not good. The sea bass was dry and fishy tasting. The short rib was dry and hard like a rock. My friend felt the short rib was bad enough that he sent it back. My husband pushed his fish around his plate. One of the "meh" dishes was the seared scallops. The scallops didn't have a good sear and were a bit oily. The risotto that came with it was good. The other meh was the creme brulee it was too eggy. On the service side you can tell the staff was really trying but they are not there yet. There was no one around that seemed to know anything about the wine list. The servers were striving to deliver a fine dining experience where all the plates are served to the diners simultaneously. The only problem was that for all the courses no one received the dishes they ordered and all the food needed to be moved around the table. More importantly there was no follow up after the entrees were put down to check on how everything was tasting. The front of the house staff have a great professional attitude. I'm sure they'll get the service side right. Hopefully, the kitchen will come together as well.

Fabulous dinner with food that was so lovely. Only negative was the very expensive wine list. Sooo overpriced. Had some cocktails instead. A very beautiful ambiance inside. Literally thought I was in Europe. A must need to try!!

Excellent food. Although desserts could use some help. Crème brûlée was very eggy- not creamy. Service was great. Very nice staff. Very friendly. Would go back for sure.
