Neighborhood gem for more than sushi lovers. For non sushi eaters, try the “pasta” dishes made with udon noodles. Melt in your mouth with fabulous flavor. Add the rib eye for the table and you have a steak house feast. But don’t forget the soft shell crab salad and the special sushi rolls for the rest of us.

Great food. Corn fritters, miso cod, steak, all wonderful. Great server. Really lovely place to have dinner. Highly recommend

It was a welcome surprise, I’ve heard about this restaurant since it opened, but never made it there..It is fabulous. The sushi is creative and delicious, the sashimi fresh with great combination of toppings, and the spinach salad, surprisingly, something else to come back for. Our server, I believe his name is Chris, was amazing, attentive and fun. The atmosphere is fun and they have different rooms with different noise levels, to me that’s important. I only have great things to say about this place. I will be going back!

The freshest sushi! I just love the food here! The decor is really hip but elegant. The lighting is beautiful. Great place for a romantic meal or just to satisfy your sushi craving!

Here’s a polished version of your review: The restaurant offers a wonderful ambiance as you walk in, setting the tone for the evening. Upon arrival, we just missed the hostess and were seated by another staff member. One drawback was the placement of the chef’s specials menu—it was tucked away in hard-to-see areas. To read it, I had to glance awkwardly at another table, as the sign was behind them. Our Meal: •Stuffed Mushrooms: They were okay on their own but tasted much better when dipped in the teriyaki sauce. Cooking them in the sauce might elevate their flavor. •Shishito Peppers: Decent, and I appreciated how quickly they were served. •Bao Oxtail: Absolutely amazing, though I found myself wanting more sauce for added richness. •Nigiri: •Salmon Belly: Fantastic—fresh and flavorful. However, my initial order was incomplete, as I only received one piece instead of the two I ordered. •Wagyu: Incredible. The flavor was rich, and the meat melted in my mouth. I only wish there was more! •Scallops: Simply amazing. We enjoyed them so much that we ordered another round. •Branzino with Asparagus and Mashed Potatoes: Well-seasoned and elevated further with a squeeze of lemon. Service: The waitress was adequate but lacked knowledge of the menu and wasn’t as personable as I had hoped, which detracted slightly from the overall experience. Overall, the restaurant delivered in terms of ambiance and food quality, but minor service issues and menu visibility could be improved.

We had a wonderful time at Leona’s. All of the pieces of sushi we ordered were very fresh, full of flavor, and delicious!! The ambiance was also great, a good spot for date night! Couldn’t help but notice the cleanliness and atmosphere decor was also very pleasant! Overall would rate this place a 10/10 and looking forward to returning back for more amazing food.
