Located only a short 1-minute walk from Leicester Square tube station and 5-minute walk from Covent Garden tube station, LIMA CANTINA brings you a true taste of the Peruvian capital’s buzzing local food scene: what Peruvians love to eat and drink! LIMA CANTINA is born out of a desire to bring the soul of LIMA to London: its flavoursome daily life, with simple dishes directly inspired by markets & home cooked meals. The restaurant’s chefs use traditional cooking methods to transform quality UK and Peruvian sourced ingredients into mouth-watering dishes. The menu delivers classics such as Pollo a la Brasa (arguably the national dish of Peru and possibly the best roast chicken you’ve ever had), whilst retaining signature Ceviches and Pisco Sours, and many more Lima locals’ favourites.                                                         Love this place. Great food, cocktails, service and experience. The food is flavourful, feels authentic and tasty, the menu is diverse and I love the margaritas and pisco sours

                                                        We ordered the pollo a la brasa and was really good, rich in flavour. Just as in Lima! Lomo saltado and causa were also amazing!

                                                        We had a great waitress and were seen to our table immediately. Lighting was beautifully pitched and very ambient. Buzzy in there on a Tuesday evening. We had ballet tickets so had to be out in just over an hour which wasn't a problem for them at all. Food was fabulous though possibly a little expensive. Would definitely go back though.

                                                        The ceviche and causa were very tasty, the lomo saltado was disappointing and expensive. Service was good and there was a nice ambience.

                                                        Fourth time going back, and absolutely fantastic again. Shared several starters and two mains between three of us, seviche, beef, chicken amazing flavour. Great cocktails

                                                        Food and ambience really good. They looked after us well. Nice chilled vibe and no rushing to get us off our table. Which is so common these days. Manger really helpful when we fancied a post meal drink. And found space for us at the bar. Will definitely be back! Menu should have something for everyone x

                                                        Buzzy restaurant. Nice staff. Food And wine greatly overpriced. The food was good by but by no means special. £18 for a small tuna ceviche was way too sweet.

                                                        Overall the food could have had more punch. More flavour, more coriander, more everything. Excellent service. Not sure I liked the basement bar vibe for dinner.
