                                                                                  Service was good. The food was good. I think the value wasn’t as good. I would like to go back when they don’t have a fixed menu and I would imagine their sushi and sashimi would be very good.

                                                                                  We started with a tuna tartare that was delicious. After that we had one of the sushi rolls. Generally all fo the ingredients were good, but when combined it came off a little weird. We ultimately enjoyed it more by disassembling it and eating most of the ingredients separately. We then had the octopus and the Iberico pork. Both were good and the presentation and ingredients were interesting. However both dishes were way too salty and became hard to eat as we progressed through them due to the extreme saltiness. We hope this is a one off with the chef getting heavy handed with the salt because generally the menu and the wine list combined with the excellent service should make this spot great.
