                                                                                              We were out on a rainy Tuesday evening; it was cozy with just ourselves most of the time in the back hightop bar area. Food was perfect. New smoked haddock and prawn chowder was amazing. Crusted flounder very tasty. Meredith was our bartender and server; she was delightful. We are locals and very spoiled to have the Springs and Bullshead in our back yard!

                                                                                              We had a reservation for 7:00 pm. We arrived at 7:05 pm. We were told people at our table had not left our table. We waited about 15 minutes while other people who just arrived were seated. Meanwhile there is a table for two empty, the entire time we sat there and even after we were seated. When we were seated, we waited aprox 10 minute for the waitress to come to our table. We ordered drinks and our entree at the same time, I ordered Ice tea and my wife ordered a glass of wine. Tea came immediately, we waited about another 10 minutes and I called our waitress over and asked if the wine may be ready, She said maybe I will check. She came back with the wine just as our food arrived. My wife ordered a Fishermans pie. They brought Shepherds pie instead, when we told the waitress she said I will go and scold the kitchen. Food was good. However they need some customer service.

                                                                                              Travis did a great job handling a large crowd in the upper bar and reserved seating area. Food and drinks came out quickly and prepared perfectly. Great evening at LSI.

                                                                                              Disappointing is how I would rate this experience. First we had a server who everyone at the table made the same comment “she should not be in the service business”. Secondly, the food was the put it bluntly not very good. Fish dinners so overcooked they had to be returned. Not sure how that ever left the kitchen the way it did. Two steak dinners that had virtually no taste to the steak and did not even include the onions that were requested. And the drink that I swear had no alcohol in it because it was so weak and sugary. We were visiting in the area and this place was recommended to us and I would never go back again and our host ftom the area who have gone multiple times said they will never go back again. Bad!
