Lobos is an exciting new tapas bar also focused on prime cuts of Spanish and British meat. Meaning wolvesin Spanish, Lobos offers a short, sharp list of vibrantly authentic, traditional tapas with ingredients sourced locally, evolving seasonally and therefore dishes that will change frequently depending on what is available from the market. Lobos is a real carnivore’s paradise, think perfectly roasted Iberico pork, slow cooked shoulders of lamb and lightly charred, rosy pink bone in rib-eye to share, all presented simply and cooked to perfection, allowing the pristine quality of the offering to shine through. We chose here because it's central. I was worried because I took two Spanish colleagues and another friend. However, they liked the choice and the food! Lots to choose from and waiter knew the menu and was able to make suggestions to enhance our chosen dishes. Would go back. Have a good selection on their allergies menu too.

Wonderful food. Great sized portions. Cheese board was particularly delicious. Must get the different cuts of ham as they are something special. Will most certainly return.

Absolutely amazing food and vibes. A must try: the paella and the iberco pork with peppers. Gin cocktails were phenom! It was a short layover for us in London but so happy we spent our time here while we could. Staff were great: friendly, welcoming, energetic. Definitely going back next trip there.

We have been before and remember it being much better! The food tasted bland, all of it. And they forgot a few dishes we ordered and turned up 30 mins after we had finished eating so did not want them yes they were taken off the bill but we would have liked to have them when we were eating our meal. Very cramped table and really loud. All in all 2 out of 10 wouldn’t recommend. There are much nicer places in the area to eat at and a lot cheaper!

We had to keep reminding the waitress about our order. In the end we only got some of it. The meet dish was bland and for what we got it was expensive and they charged us for service despite us not getting all of our order. Not a great experience .

Fantastic restaurant - best Tapas in London. Lovely atmosphere - busy but in a great way, wonderful staff, great location - you can enter from inside Borough Market or the main road.
