Located on Park City’s Lower Main Street, LOMA is a casual, upscale eatery influenced by Italian techniques and cuisine. Housemade pastas, seasonal specialities and wood-fired pizzas and mains are menu standouts. The cuisine leans into freshness, simplicity and quality ingredients through seasonally relevant Italian and Mediterranean dishes.

LOMA is Adam and Meisha Ross’ second restaurant venture joining Twisted Fern under the couple’s ownership and direction. Both restaurants prioritize sustainability through a commitment to local purveyors and conscientious business practices.

    We love Twisted Fern and were excited to try Loma. Maybe some of it is new restaurant issues, but we were seated 20 minutes after our reservation in the bar (vs dining room) with no explanation or acknowledgment. This is after we’d called to ask to have a later reservation and told this was not possible. The food was disappointing given what we had previously experienced at Twisted Fern. And despite fairly early dinner time the restaurant was out of a number of menu items. Even the drinks disappointed - the spritz wasn’t fizzy/ spritzy. Our server was very nice and knowledgeable, but clearly spread thin.

    We had the venison carpaccio, the mushrooms on egg and polenta, bolognese, and tried the ravioli special with lamp ragu. The carpaccio and mushroom appetizers were 5.0. Bolognese was also very good. The special unfortunately disappointed us mostly because the raviolis were so underdone. There pasta is all homemade and thicker than it should be. I like al dente pasta but the ravioli was just a mouth full of chewy pasta. Couldn't really taste the vegetable based stuffing. So minor faux pas. Service was outstanding. They replaced the dish with another bolognese and we left content.

    Outstanding first experience at LOMA. We had the cauliflower and mushroom pizza for apps and a variety of entrees including Gemelli, Gnocchi, the lobster special and swordfish dish. They were all delicious! The service was extremely friendly and well paced. We can’t wait to return! Fantastic addition to Main Street!

    Our waiter, Kyle, was very good! The food was outstanding. My husband ordered the Italian Meats pizza & I ordered the Squid Ink Fettuccini. Both were absolutely delicious. We will definitely be back!

    Was a little disappointed in the food. It was heavy on the cumin. We will give it another try because the service was amazing. Whitney was super kind and knowledgeable. The pizza that other tables ordered looked really good

    Just as good as twisted fern. Interesting Italian dishes. We had the cauliflower brava and roasted claims for apps. Both excellent. My husband and I had the wild boar bolognese with homemade pasta and it was outstanding.
