    We did not have the best experience here on December 19th,  which is unfortunate since we have had multiple good experiences here. We ordered a simple meal to split for two, including oysters, beef, tartare, a house salad, and the pork Milanese.  Our server was very friendly, however, there was a inordinate amount of time between courses, especially since the first three courses were cold to begin with. We were only checked in on a minimal amount of times, we were offered a second drink at the salad course, but a half an hour after the salad came, we still had no entrée. After an hour and 45 minutes, and only three cold courses served, we asked for our entrée to go Since we had been waiting so long. There was no apology, discount offered, or even a complementary drink for the extremely long wait. Everyone else in the room who sat after us seemed to have been getting their entrées, which seem odd since we only ordered one to split. We understand things get busy around the holidays, but there are things that can be done when waits are super long to keep customers, engaged and happy. I will think twice before going back and spending that kind of money, to ultimately eat my dinner to go on my couch

    Great food and service. We sat outside which was a little rustic but good. There was an overhead heater to keep the patio space warm but it was a little too hot. However, they were willing and able to turn it down.

    Amazing experience as always. One of our favorite restaurants in Cincinnati! Food and drinks were awesome! Service is top notch. Great place to eat before a CSO or Pops concert. Love it!

    It was our first time there and we will be back! We sat on the patio as it was the only thing available but it was plenty warm and comfortable. Our server was amazing. My wife is a vegetarian and the server went through many options for her. My steak was done perfectly as well as the rest of our food. It was delicious-focaccia is a warm pillow of goodness. We actually came back after the concert for drinks and dessert and had another amazing experience. Spoke to one of the family members who runs the place and learned all about their brand and other restaurants. Truly a family owned and operated restaurant group. Can’t wait to try some of the other venues. My wife told me she wants to do her birthday dinner there. All in all, I can’t believe we haven’t eaten at this gem in the past and we are excited to return.

    Becca was a phenomenal server. All her recommendations from the appetizers to the wine to the entrees were spot on. Try the burrata with toast points.Orecchiette pasta and the Amish chicken was a great combo. Great place to eat before the symphony.

    Everything and more that I had heard Entertained guests from out of town. Losanti food and staff did not let me down.
