I Scheduled an 8pm reservation and was not seated until 8:30pm. Order drinks and did not receive our drinks until after 9pm. Our food did not arrive until til after my husband walked out the restaurant because the food took too long to arrive. The manger apologized but we still payed $220 for our dinner even though it was a horrible experience due to overbooking and understaffed.

I enjoy this restaurant. The Mongolian Beef is my favorite. You can order crab legs which aren’t on the menu. They are excellent but very expensive.

Our meal at Lotus is always so delicious. While we are creatures of habit with our choices, the pot stickers and szechuan chicken are amazing, we added wonton soup, wings, and lomein this time. All great. But what makes one visit better than another is when Nenna is our server. She is absolutely the best, knows our favorites, and is quick to react to our needs. I never need to ask for more water or another glass of wine. She's there!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Lotus Restaurant at Resorts World Catskills, and it was a great experience. The ambiance is sophisticated yet welcoming, with beautiful decor that creates a serene, upscale atmosphere. The menu offers an impressive range of Asian fusion dishes, all expertly prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The service was exceptional—attentive without being overbearing—and the staff were knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations. I highly recommend the signature cocktails and chicken and spinach soup, which were truly top-notch. Whether you're here for a special occasion or just a night out, Lotus provides a dining experience that's wonderful. Definitely a must-visit when you're at Resorts World Catskills!

We chose Lotus for our Anniversary dinner and we were not disappointed! The food was delicious. The menu has many options. We had the potstickers and calamari to start. Both were excellent. For dinner we ordered pork fried rice, the mei fun and a shrimp wok meal. Again, well presented and very good. Our server was very knowledgeable and attentive. We highly recommend this restaurant.
