   We had been looking forward to this restaurant for days. We were in Tempe Arizona for the weekend. We drove 25 minutes from our last activity, just so we can have this experience. Do I regret it? Yes!! What we thought was going to be a delicious meal after a day full of fun, turned out very sour. We arrived about 5 minutes before our reserved time. We waited less than 10 minutes to be seated. Not crowded, more than half of the restaurant was empty. We sat there for 40 minutes and no one came by our table, until the table next to us was occupied and their waitress came to take their drink order, and started to bring their drinks. My husband tried to get the attention of the waitress several times, was ignored. I was ready to leave and we should have as things just went from bad to worse. The waitress had a long face from the start, mad that she had to work, did not know the menu at all, did not know the toppings for the pizza, did not know what kind of beer they had. Took 50 minutes from the time we were given a table to get an appetizer. And another 30 minutes to get a thin slice pizza. At that time I was beyond frustrated. The waitress was mad and wanted to start an argument because I did not say thank you after she brought my drink. Poor service is an understatement. If you want your waitress to take an hour to serve you a cold appetizer and back talk to you this is the place to go. Now if you want to enjoy a good family meal, don’t go there you won’t get it. The manager discounted the appetizer. I did not want free food. I just wanted basic service, and it was too much to ask.

   The food was quality and the restaurant clean. The service was fast and the waitress was efficient. The manager also came by and greeted us.

   Great pizza, love the sweet vinaigrette on the salad, and warm, cheerful service. What more do you need?

   Great food, we sat outside on the patio which was great. Although we had to move tables because the base was broken where we were sat. But couldn't be happier with the quality and taste of everything we had.

   As always, Lou’s was great. The server refused to serve us pizza that was ever so slightly undercooked, which we appreciated, and the manager took care of a minor issue with grace and delightful conversation.

   Arrived about 4pm on Saturday, restaurant was not yet busy. Ordered wings and pizza. Wings arrived burnt, like beef jerky dry. Server was snarky when we brought his to his attention. Everything was downhill after that. Manager did not visit out table. Our check was dropped off without a thank you, sorry. Nothing. Tempe location was not a pleasant experience.

   Always good at Lou's! Our server was great and the food came quickly!! We have been fans for fifty years and love the Chicago classic and Malnati salad.

    Place wasn’t even busy and took forever to get anything. Appetizers were brought out at different times. Main dishes were brought out at different times as well. Horrible experience. Table behind us got their appetizers before us and ordered after us.
