   The staff engaged well and were very knowledgeable about the menu. The paid attention to detail. The menu was well put together and the ambiance was great. The food was on point - appetizer, entree and desert. It was a lovely evening overall.

   Our meal at Lua was truly outstanding. My husband and I went in with zero expectations and we’re blown away from the start. The bread was delicious. The ambience was beautiful and the unique menu was very tasty. We left extremely satisfied and would consider going again!!! Paula was our wonderful server.

   Lovely restaurant that lacks polish for the price point. The food was certainly good and the room is beautiful. The staff are kind. The prices are very high and they need more systems and training around service. The staff all seem to be bumping into one another. Waited 30 minutes for our cocktails which arrived after the appetizers. Waited 20 minutes to pay our bill.

   We arrive on time for our reservation but we get to our table 15 minutes before that, then we get on our table they provide the water we wait 20 minutes for someone to take the order but it never happen we get up and no one even notice, we don’t pay for the water sorry but no one was even attentive to check on us

   The place is beautiful! Drinks took a little longer to get than they should. Food was excellent, particularly the kale and avocado salad. Service was good but for what you’re paying it could be one notch better. But truly, the place is stunning!

   Steak was ordered medium temperature and came well done. Have to be returned. Had no flavor. Bland overall.

   The setting looking over the lagoon was beautiful to see. The decor is so pretty and pleasing to the eye, hard not to look around. The food and pizza was delicious, and quick, very happy. The best was the service and the staff. Truly an example of hard working, pleasing people who want to make you enjoy the experience, which we did! And then some.......

    From the moment we stepped into Lua, we knew we were in for something special. The ambiance? Absolute perfection—elegant yet inviting, with an atmosphere that made us feel like VIPs. Or maybe even royalty, because by the time Executive Chef Neerul and Rajesh personally stopped by to check in on us, I half-expected someone to bring me a crown! Our server Paula and Alesia were exceptional—attentive, warm, and knowledgeable, while Merlande at the host stand welcomed us like old friends. Now, onto the food: The Bibb Lettuce Salad was fresh and beautifully balanced, the tenderloin was cooked to absolute perfection (medium-rare, as it should be!), and the soufflé—oh, the soufflé—was a masterpiece of airy, chocolatey indulgence. Simply put, Lua is the best restaurant in town, hands down. If you haven’t dined here yet, do yourself a favor and book a table. Just be warned—after this level of service, your expectations for dining everywhere else might be permanently ruined!
