Seating took awhile, we will chalk it ip to nye and people lingering. Apps were delicious- fried mozzarella, meatballs and italian chopped salad. Bread is amazing. Entrees-fettucine Alfredo with chicken delish, spaghetti and meatballs- covered in too much sauce- chicken parm- too much sauce but chicken was thin so that was a plus. Philly Stromboli- too much cheese, not enough meat and the onions in it were raw. Cannoli was delicious as was the tiramisu. Waitress was attentive with drinks, and knowledgeable.

Everything was wonderful. The staff was very positive and on top of the needs of the diners. Very loud but it was New Year’s Eve so that was to be expected. This was our first experience here and we will definitely be back when we are in the area.

Seated promptly. Server was friendly and excellent. Ribeye was cooked as ordered and flavorful. Pasta Carbonara was excellent. Service was rushed but it was NewYears.

We had an early New Year’s Eve reservation. The restaurant was very busy but we were seated on time. Our server (Diana??) came right over, took our drink order, and gave us time to look over the menu. Bread was brought to the table a few minutes later. Timing of appetizer and meal flowed well. We were not rushed nor were we sitting and waiting a long time for the main meal. The food was excellent …especially the filet mignon! On what is probably the busiest day of the year, Lucca’s did an amazing job! We will definitely return!

The meatball appetizer was delicious! Lasagna is the best I ever ate and the filet mignon was so tender you could cut it with a fork! Overall this is one of the best restaurants in the area Wilmington included!

In our party of 5, 3 ordered steaks, 1 ordered seafood risotto, and 1 ordered Crab Ravioli. Everything was amazing from the focasia bread and salads through out the entrees. The steaks were cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. The service was exceptional as well. Drinks were maintained full and someone was always checking on the table to make sure the food was alright and cooked as requested, and to address any needs we may have. We had an exceptional experience and will be returning. We will also share our experience with our friends and neighbors. Thank you, Lucca's staff, for an amazing meal.
